My name is Nitya Nair. My friends call me Nitu. I am 9 years old and I go to 4th grade in Springbrook Elementary in Naperville, IL. I have a little sister, three years younger to me. Her name is Navya, but I call her Chinnu, just like my parents do. I love Chinnu, as well as my Amma & Achan a lot.

I also have many good friends. My favorite colors are peach and pink. I love puppies and ponies and would like to ride a horse when I grow up. I like to sing and dance, but most of all, I love to play with my friends and sister.
